My most favorite method, however, to organize the fish is to top the fillet with mayo and pop it within the oven for a fast boil. Baking fish, mussels, and shrimps with a mayo topping is my top cooking hack. It’s almost impossible to overcook them! the skinny film of mayo creates a protective crust that keeps the seafood from drying call at the oven albeit cooked a tad longer. I’ve always had delicious results with this system, whether I flavor up the mayonnaise with a dollop of sweet condiment, a spoonful of fresh tomato salsa or during this case, a tablespoon of tamarind powder. This baked salmon with tamarind-mayo topping may be a must-try! You’ll be amazed how moist and attractive it seems with so little effort. this is often a fast and straightforward meal you’ll have ready on the table in under half-hour and with only 5 ingredients!
